Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Associate to support day-to-day hub functions, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control. You will coordinate with agency teams and assist in maintaining accuracy across hub processes.

Responsibilities include conducting team briefings, monitoring productivity against KPIs, and creating hub reports. You will also assist Customer Support with escalations, drive process improvements, and handle payment-related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Has held a leadership role, preferably in a warehouse or hub.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Ability to work shifts as scheduled by the team.
• Demonstrates continuous learning mindset and can perform hub administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists in day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile), including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels and inventory control.
• Conducts team briefings and documents meeting minutes.
• Monitors hub performance ensuring productivity levels and KPI targets are met.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
• Supports Customer Support team in addressing escalated calls.
• Implements process-improvement initiatives to boost hub productivity.
• Handles payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators overseeing agency teams.
• Performs other hub operation tasks as needed.
