Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution (e-commerce fulfillment preferred).
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster and work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory.
• Monitor hub performance to meet KPIs and productivity.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Support customer support to resolve escalations.
• Lead process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payments processing and related transactions.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators and oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
