Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations professional in Manila to support day-to-day hub activities, including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management. You will monitor performance to meet KPIs and assist in reporting and customer escalations.

The role requires at least 3 years in logistics/hub environments, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work shifts across the designated cluster. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce experience advantageous.
• Leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile).
• Monitor hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI achievement.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
