Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.

You will lead team briefings, monitor hub KPIs, generate reports, support customer escalations, and drive process improvements while coordinating with agency teams and handling payments. Shift flexibility required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the cluster and work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operation (first/last mile).
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes.
• Monitor hub performance and KPIs.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support customer escalations with the support team.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Handle payments and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators and teams.
• Other hub operations tasks as needed.
