Job summary

SPX Express Philippines is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to manage day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.

You will monitor hub performance, create and validate hub reports, assist Customer Support with escalations, and drive process improvements while handling payments. Willing to work shifts and be assigned across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse and distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in designated cluster; able to do shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Monitor hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations.
