Job summary

The Operations team at Shopee Manila oversees daily hub operations, ensuring smooth and efficient fulfillment of orders from intake to delivery. You will lead a dynamic team, drive adherence to procedures, and monitor KPIs to sustain performance.

Reporting to the Hub Operations lead, you will initiate process improvements, conduct weekly staff briefings, and coordinate with agency coordinators to support multiple lines of operation in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
• 4+ years in supply chain & logistics, hub or warehouse.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Adhere to procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Lead team briefings, conduct weekly staff meetings, and assess team performance.
• Drive KPI improvements for the hub.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Assist Customer Support with escalation resolutions.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to support agency teams.
• Handle additional hub operation tasks as needed.
