Job summary

Shopee in Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day hub activities across last mile and first mile operations. You will drive productivity, monitor KPI performance, and prepare Hub reports. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics or warehouse roles are required, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years in logistics/warehouse and distribution.
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
Willing to work shifts as scheduled.
Able to perform administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile).
Conduct team briefing and document meeting minutes.
Monitor hub performance and meet KPI targets.
Create, review and validate hub reports.
Support Customer Support escalations where needed.
Implement process improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
Coordinate with agency coordinators and oversee agency teams.
Handle payments processing and other hub-related tasks.
