Job summary

Shopee Manila hub is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations across the hub, including parcel inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory management. You will monitor performance, drive KPI achievement, and help optimize reports and processes.

The role requires leadership in a warehouse or hub setting, experience with payments processing, and proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to work shifts and be assigned regionally is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; ecommerce fulfillment a plus.
• Leadership experience in warehouse/hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work per team schedules.
• Continuous learner with ability to handle administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile activities).
• Monitor hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI achievement.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other hub operations tasks as required.
