Job summary

Shopee Manila is seeking an Operations Hub professional to support day-to-day hub activities, monitor KPI performance, and collaborate with Customer Support on escalations. The role involves reports, payments handling, and coordinating with agency teams to ensure efficient hub operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics or warehouse hub environments, leadership experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, inventory).
• Support monitoring of hub performance to achieve KPI targets.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
