Job summary

Shopee is seeking a proactive Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hub activities and ensure efficient end-to-end logistics. You will coordinate inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control while driving productivity and hub KPIs.

You will lead briefings, prepare hub reports, and assist in resolving escalations with customer support. A leadership background in warehouse settings and payments processing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Min 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environments.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assists day-to-day hub operation (last/first mile) including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conducts team briefings and documents minutes.
• Monitors hub performance to meet productivity and KPI targets.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
• Supports Customer Support in resolving escalations.
• Implements process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handles payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators overseeing agency teams.
• Performs other hub operation tasks as needed.
