Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day hub activities across last mile and first mile, monitor KPI performance, and drive productivity improvements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with agency teams, overseeing parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, inventory control, and supporting payment processing. The role requires 3+ years in logistics, leadership in a warehouse, and willingness to work shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; ecommerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership role preferred in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts per team schedules.
• Must have mindset for continuous learning and administrative hub tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile).
• Inbonding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, inventory control.
• Conduct team briefings and document meeting minutes.
• Monitor hub performance and ensure high productivity and KPIs.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support in escalations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives for hub productivity.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators on overseeing agency teams.
