Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking an experienced Hub Operations professional to support day-to-day hub activities, including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management, across a designated cluster. The role emphasizes monitoring KPI targets, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include implementing process improvements, handling payments, and coordinating with agency teams to ensure smooth hub operations and timely escalations resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts as scheduled.
• Commitment to continuous learning and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, inventory management).
• Monitor hub performance and drive productivity to meet KPIs.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations and call-outs.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
