Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to guide day-to-day hub activities, including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control. You will oversee performance, drive KPI attainment, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in logistics or warehouse operations, leadership exposure, and willingness to work shifts across the designated cluster. Strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Minimum 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Experience in a leadership role in a warehouse or hub operations.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and do shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Lead team briefings and document minutes.
• Monitor hub performance to meet productivity and KPIs.
• Create and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support in escalations and payments processing.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators and oversee agency teams.
• Drive process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payments and other payment processes.
• Other hub operations tasks as assigned.
