Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking an experienced Hub Operations professional to manage day-to-day hub activities across inbound, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control in Metro Manila. You will monitor hub KPIs, support reporting, and collaborate with Customer Support and agency coordinators to maintain smooth operations and high service levels.

The role requires leadership experience in a warehouse or hub, familiarity with payments processing, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub preferred.
• Experience with payments processing or similar functions.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere within the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory.
• Support hub KPI monitoring and productivity goals.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
