Job summary

Shopee is seeking a capable Hub Operations professional to assist in day-to-day hub activities across inbound, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control. The role involves monitoring performance, briefing teams, and maintaining accurate hub reports.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics or warehousing, leadership experience, and a willingness to work shifts. Proficiency in MS Office and a continuous learning mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Leadership role in warehouse/hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts per team schedules.
• Continuous learning mindset and ability to perform admin tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile).
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes.
• Monitor hub performance and KPI achievement for productivity.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support in resolving escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators for overseeing teams.
• Other hub operation tasks as required.
