Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking an Operations Hub Associate to support day-to-day hub activities across first and last mile, parcel sorting, inventory management, and rider dispatch.

You will monitor hub performance, generate and validate reports, assist customer support with escalations, and participate in process improvement initiatives to boost productivity. A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in logistics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Leadership experience preferred in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to work shifts as scheduled.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to perform admin tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile activities).
• Monitor hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI achievement.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
