Job summary

SPX Express Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day hub operations across last mile and first mile activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in logistics, plus leadership experience in a warehouse or hub.

You will monitor KPI performance, prepare reports, and coordinate payments and agency teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
Leadership experience in warehouse/hub.
Experience in payments processing.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the cluster.
Able to work shifts as scheduled.
Ready to handle administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day hub operation including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, receiving, and inventory control.
Conduct team briefings and document minutes.
Monitor hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI targets.
Create, review and validate hub reports.
Assist Customer Support with escalations.
Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
Handle payment transactions and payments processes.
Coordinate with agency coordinators overseeing agency teams.
Other tasks related to hub operations.
