Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to assist day-to-day hub operations across first and last mile activities, including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.

You will monitor hub performance, review reports, support customer escalations, implement process improvements, handle payments, and coordinate with agency teams, with shift work as needed and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Leadership role in warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work per team schedules.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to perform admin tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management).
• Support monitoring of hub performance to ensure high productivity and KPI achievement.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
