Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a skilled Hub Operations Lead to assist in day-to-day hub operations across first and last mile activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management. You will monitor hub performance to ensure productivity and KPI achievement, create hub reports, and support customer escalations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in logistics, leadership in a hub environment, and experience with payments processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years experience in Logistics, Warehouse & Distribution. E-commerce fulfillment a plus.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to work shifts as per team schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
