Job summary

SPX Express (Manila hub) seeks an experienced Hub Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day activities and drive productivity, ensuring KPIs are met. You will manage inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory to maintain a smooth parcel flow.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in logistics and leadership, and can coordinate with agency teams while handling payments processes. Shift-flexible and willing to work in the designated cluster are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.
• Experience in hub/warehouse leadership is preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, inventory).
• Support monitoring of hub performance to ensure high productivity and achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (both first and last mile activities), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
