Job summary

SPX Express in Metro Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day hub activities across last mile and first mile, including inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.

The role requires leadership experience in a warehouse or hub, payments processing exposure, and the ability to produce accurate hub reports and drive KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environments.
• Experience in payments processing or related function.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster; able to do shift work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
