Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in the Central Visayas region is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to assist in day-to-day hub activities, oversee parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management, and support hub productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in logistics, warehouse and distribution, with leadership experience in a warehouse or hub. You will handle payments processing, create hub reports, and collaborate with agency coordinators while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations.
