Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Hub Operations professional to support day-to-day activities across first and last mile operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control.

You will help monitor hub KPIs, generate and validate reports, and assist the customer support team with escalations. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in logistics, with leadership exposure in a warehouse or hub setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in logistics, warehouse, and distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Leadership experience in warehouse/hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts according to team schedules.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to perform admin tasks in hub operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder

• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.

• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment

• Experience in payments processing or similar function

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster

• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules

• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
