Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in Cavite is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to assist in day-to-day hub activities such as parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.

You will monitor hub performance and help achieve KPI targets, review hub reports, and support escalation handling with the Customer Support team. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in Logistics/Distribution, leadership experience in a hub environment, and experience in payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations.
