Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day hub activities in Manila, including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control. You will monitor KPIs, produce hub reports, and support customer escalations while driving process improvements and handling payments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in logistics, leadership in a warehouse or hub, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willing to be assigned across the cluster and work shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations.
