Job summary

SPX Express in Manila, Philippines is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Coordinator to assist in day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.

You will monitor hub performance to ensure high productivity, create and validate hub reports, support customer escalations, drive process improvements, and coordinate with agency teams across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership role experience in warehouse or hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function is beneficial.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
