Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Hub Operations lead to oversee day-to-day hub activities in the Philippines, focusing on inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control. You will monitor KPIs, generate hub reports, and support customer escalations.

The role requires leadership in a warehouse or hub setting and experience with payments processing. The candidate should be comfortable with shift work, available to be assigned across the designated cluster, and possess strong MS Office skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 3 years of logistics, warehouse and distribution experience.
• Leadership experience, preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or a similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work according to team schedules.
• Continuous learner with ability to handle administrative and hub-ops tasks.

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (both first and last mile activities), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.

• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.

• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.

• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
