Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day hub operations across inbound, sorting, dispatch, and inventory management. You will help monitor hub KPIs, review reports, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to sustain productive operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution, with leadership experience in a warehouse or hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment a plus.
• Prior leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster and to do shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring productivity and achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (both first and last mile activities), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.

Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment

Experience in payments processing or similar function

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster

Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules

Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
