Job summary

Shopee Manila hub operation is seeking a hands-on Operations Associate to support day-to-day hub activities, from parcel inbounding to inventory control. You will participate in briefings, monitor KPI attainment, and help resolve escalations with the customer support team.

The role involves process improvements and coordinating with agency teams to ensure smooth workflow. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in logistics or warehouse environments, and are ready for shift work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.
• E-commerce fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Leadership role in warehouse/hub environment preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency.
• Willing to work shifts and be assigned anywhere in the cluster.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations: parcel inbounding, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Lead team briefings and document meeting minutes.
• Monitor hub performance and KPI attainment.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support with escalations.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
