Job summary

Shopee Manila Operations team is looking for an entry-level hub operations professional. You will support day-to-day hub activities, including parcel inbounding, sorting, and rider dispatch, while tracking KPIs and productivity.

You will also assist in reporting, support customer escalations, and coordinate with agency teams. A continuous learning mindset and adaptability to shift schedules are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Monitor hub performance and ensure productivity and KPI targets are met.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support in resolving escalations.
• Implement process improvements to increase hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and other payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform additional hub-operation tasks as needed.
