SPX Philippines Inc. is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day logistics at the hub, coordinating inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control. You will monitor performance against KPIs and support the customer support team in resolving escalations.

The role requires leadership experience in a hub or warehouse, hands-on handling of payments, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel within the designated cluster and shift work are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations.

Requirements:
