Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Hub Operations Associate to support day-to-day hub activities, monitor KPIs, generate hub reports, and resolve customer escalations.

The role includes coordinating with agency teams and handling payment processes, with a need for leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has 3+ years in logistics, and can work shifts assigned to the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment preferred.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile) including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (both first and last mile activities), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.

• Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.

• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.

• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.

• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.

• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.

• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.

• Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder

• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.

• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment

• Experience in payments processing or similar function

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster

• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules

• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
