Job summary

J&T Cargo PH is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with department heads in Rizal to align HR strategies with organizational goals. You will guide employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and workforce planning, while driving engagement and culture initiatives.

The role requires 3-5 years in HR, a strong PH Labor Code knowledge, and the ability to partner with leaders at multiple levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or HR specialization.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in Generalist, Supervisor, or HRBP roles.
  • Strong background in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Performance Management, and Recruitment.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting operations, logistics, or multi-site environments is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leaders at different levels.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Analytical and able to interpret HR metrics and workforce data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Coach managers on people management and leadership matters.
  • Facilitate performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support decisions.
  • Lead change management and organizational improvement projects.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition when needed.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions for concerns.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders as a trusted HR advisor.
