Job summary

Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor for the GPC Plant in Sta. Quiteria, Baesa, Quezon City. The role leads HR services, supports the HR Manager, and ensures compliant policies and timely operations.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong HR knowledge, and the ability to work independently while integrating with a team. Packaging industry experience is a plus; starting ASAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of HR functions is advantageous.
• Experience in a packaging industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in delivering HR services and advise HR staff and district employees on policies and regulations.
• Assist in scheduling a variety of meetings and employee events.
• Act as liaison to committees/organizations on behalf of the HR Manager.
• Support the HR Manager and department staff in daily activities.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed to be timely, legal, and aligned with objectives.
• Handle janitorial services and security personnel.
• Perform other related duties to ensure efficient operation.
• Process, file, and maintain documents, data, and materials.

• The job of Human Resources Supervisor was established for the purpose/s of acting as a lead person in the delivery of human resource services with specific responsibility for providing information to other HR staff and district employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues files and databases of personal actions, evaluations and issues.
• Assists in scheduling a variety of meetings and employee events for the purpose of meeting the needs of the department.
• Serves as a liaison to committees and/or organizations on behalf of the Human Resources Manager for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required for district operation.
• Supports the Human Resource Manager and department staff for the purpose of assisting in the performance of their work activities.
• Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed for the purpose of being timely, accurate, legal, and meeting organizational objectives.
• Handle janitorial services and security personnel.
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
• Processes, files, and maintains documents, data, and materials.

Qualifications
