Job summary

Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, implement company policies, and support employee programs in the Philippines. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and administrative activities to ensure efficient, compliant HR processes aligned with company goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field and 3–5 years of HR experience, with supervisory exposure preferred.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the HR team

• Review manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads regarding staffing needs
• Conduct or assist with interviews and employee assessments
• Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of employee records and 201 files
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and other employee records
• Assist in the implementation of company policies, rules, and procedures
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
• Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and government requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of HR experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, labor practices, and HR administration
• Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems
