Job Summary

The HR Supervisor oversees daily HR operations and supports the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives. This role supervises HR staff, ensures compliance with labor laws, and helps drive employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management.

HR Operations & Administration

• Supervise day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management
• Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Support workforce planning and manpower requests
• Monitor employee probationary evaluations and regularization

Employee Relations

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions
• Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Support company culture and workplace harmony

  Performance Management & Training

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
  • Support leadership development and succession planning

  Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Assist in policy creation, updates, and communication
  • Coordinate audits and ensure HR documentation compliance

  Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Coordinate with payroll for attendance, leave, and benefits administration
  • Monitor leave management and employee benefits programs
