Job summary

Sumitomo Electric Group in the Philippines is seeking an HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts across the organization. The role requires handling full-cycle recruiting, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

• Experienced with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment and on-boarding)
• Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Experience in volume hiring and technical recruitment is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge in data analytics and HRIS is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications
