Overview
Recruitment staff are HR professionals responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring candidates to fill job openings within an organization.
Responsibilities
Performing regular recruitment duties such as scheduling applicants’ interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
Preparing and posting job advertisements online and on other platforms.
Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience.
Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
Resolving issues such as interview cancellations, incident reports, etc.
Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
Working closely with the HRs to maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database and help in any relevant paperwork.
Event Management: Support the planning and organization of company events and team-building activities, and assist with the coordination of preparations and execution of the events.
Potential Labor and General Affairs Tasks: There may be instances where labor management or general affairs-related tasks arise, and in such cases, support will be provided as needed.
Other assigned tasks by the manager/employer.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources or any relevant field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, particularly recruitment.
Experience and familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
