Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an HR Shared Services professional to support end-to-end HR processes and HRIS activities. The role covers employee lifecycle management, data accuracy, onboarding, and reporting, with a strong focus on customer service and process improvements.

Working location is on-site in Singapore-style setup, with a 1-year contract duration. The candidate should have a Diploma in HR Management or related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SuccessFactors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Prior HR administration, HR operations, shared services or customer service experience preferred. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SuccessFactors experience is advantageous.
• Customer-centric mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• Adaptability, resilience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR enquiries and process HR transactions within SLA.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding: prepare employment contracts, coordinate screenings, create records and facilitate onboarding.
• In-Service Administration: manage data, probation, renewals, licences and certifications.
• Offboarding: process resignations, exit documentation and work pass cancellations.
• Provide operational coverage across HRSS portfolios and support SOP updates and improvement projects.
• HRIS/HR Systems Support: monthly reporting, ticket handling, stakeholder query management and HRSS–HRIS coordination.
