Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an HR Operations Associate for a 1-year term in Singapore. The role supports onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding across HR Shared Services, ensuring timely and accurate HR transactions and delivering a positive employee experience.

You may be assigned to different HR Shared Services functions based on business needs. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems like SuccessFactors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Prior HR administration/operations/shared services or customer service experience preferred; entry level welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems such as SuccessFactors.
• Comfortable with being assigned to different HR Shared Services functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries and support.
• Process HR transactions within SLA and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks, and contracts.
• Support offboarding, resignations, and exit documentation.
• Assist in continuous improvement and SOP updates across HRSS functions.
