Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an HR Services & HRIS Support professional to join the team and help manage HR operations and systems. You will contribute to employee data integrity, onboarding, and stakeholder reporting while collaborating across HRSS and HRIS teams.

The role offers exposure to employee lifecycle activities, data management, and process improvements in a dynamic environment. Prior HRIS experience and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in HR administration, HR operations, shared services, customer service, or related functions advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Experience with SuccessFactors advantageous.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries and process HR transactions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, including preparation of employment documents and work pass administration.
• Manage lifecycle transactions such as data updates, contract renewals, and documentation.
• Support offboarding activities including resignation processing and work pass cancellations.
• Provide operational support across HR Shared Services functions as required.
• Assist in process improvements, system enhancements, and SOP reviews.
• Generate and process monthly HR reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and follow up on HR system-related requests and issues.
• Respond to HR operational and system-related enquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between HRSS and HRIS teams.
