Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations Assistant to support onboarding, employee administration and offboarding. You will ensure HR transactions are completed accurately and on time while providing a positive employee experience.

Work is 5 days with standard hours; location is near Novena MRT. The role involves processing HR transactions, maintaining records, and collaborating with HR stakeholders across shared services.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in HR Management or related discipline.
• Prior HR administration/operations/shared services or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (SuccessFactors or similar).
• Willing to be assigned to different HR Shared Services functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries.
• Process HR transactions within SLA.
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance.
• Provide timely and professional support to employees and HR stakeholders.
• Prepare employment contracts and appointment letters.
• Coordinate medical screening and pre-employment checks.
• Create and maintain employee records.
• Manage work pass administration with relevant agencies.
• Facilitate onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee data and probation confirmation.
• Process contract renewals and professional license administration.
• Provide employment certification support.
• Support resignation, clearance and exit documentation processes.
• Coordinate separation activities with stakeholders.
• Update records and cancel work passes where applicable.
• Ensure timely completion of offboarding documentation.
• Support HRSS projects and SOP updates.
