I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking a Recruitment Lead to supervise the recruitment team and drive end-to-end hiring processes in the Philippines. You will coach staff, set standards, and ensure timely, compliant recruitment aligned with organisational goals.

You will manage postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding while leveraging ATS/HR software and metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Collaboration with HR on engagement and development is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, practices and PH employment law.
• Proven ability to develop and coach team members.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence decisions.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR software, data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of psychometric assessments and interview techniques.
• Ability to use data/metrics to drive improvements in recruitment.
• HR or Recruitment certification is advantageous.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the recruitment team, including setting performance standards, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring consistent delivery of recruitment excellence
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition through candidate onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and policies aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices
• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles across the organisation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
• Monitor recruitment metrics and reporting, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire indicators
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data protection regulations and company HR policies throughout the recruitment process
• Identify recruitment process improvements and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and candidate experience
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on employee engagement, retention and talent development initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of 2+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices and employment legislation relevant to the Philippines
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members effectively, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles and industries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and negotiate with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR management software
• Knowledge of psychometric assessments and interviewing techniques
• Ability to use data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improvements
• Certification in HR or Recruitment (CHRP, CIPD or equivalent) is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
