Responsibilities
Recruitment
Keeps track of recruitment metrics on fill-up rate, time to hire, cost per hire and other talent acquisition metrics.
Posting of jobs in several online web platforms and finding alternative methods to advertise available jobs.
Communicates with relevant department heads on job and personnel requirements.
Preliminary interview of applicants and present recommendations and score sheets to department heads.
Payroll / Compensation and Benefits
Oversees the compensation and management initiatives to ensure that salaries and benefits are compliant with the prevailing labor law.
Guides the section and tracks compliance on the payout schedules.
Reviews implementation of statutory and company-initiated benefits.
Labour Management
On-boarding and orientation of direct employees.
Ensures that all employees concerns are properly handled and resolved in a timely manner.
Oversees the observance and compliance of Company policies and rules; resolves any disciplinary concerns with employees.
Coordinates with 3rd party HR service providers and ensures that their responsibilities are fully and promptly carried out.
Assist and supervise manning and deployment of agency personnel or third-party providers and suppliers.
Responsible for conducting site visits and business trips across the Philippines.
Government Compliance
Ensures that the Company is compliant with all relevant government labour laws and regulations.
Facilitates handling employee concerns in compliance with DOLE standards.
Processing of government mandated benefits (submission and/or approval of loan application, validation of SSS sickness & maternity benefits, posting of government contributions and payments).
Checks accuracy of employment contracts and 201 files.
Administration
Check and audit the timesheets of under agency personnel.
Check and audit the manpower billing of agency.
Identifying issues with HRIS system with staff and suppliers, along with basic debugging.
Qualifications
A graduate of Psychology, Human/Organization Behavior, Industrial/Organization Development, Business, Communication or similar programs.
Over 4 years relevant work experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Proactive and able to work independently.
With a strong background in different HR facets; HR Generalist background is preferred.
Must have knowledge on labor laws, compensation management strategies, talent acquisition and DOLE standards.
Excellent communication and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Possess excellent analytical and data management skills.
