Cebu Tele-Net Philippines Corporation in Cebu City is seeking an HR Generalist with a Recruitment Focus to join our Human Resources team in a full-time role. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while providing HR support to sustain a positive workplace culture and contribute to growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years HR/recruitment experience, solid knowledge of Philippine labor law, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the labor law and HR best practices in the Philippines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.
• Preferred experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
• Preferred knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain and update job descriptions and person specifications to attract suitable candidates
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate fit and competency levels
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and utilize various recruitment channels to source talent
• Prepare offer letters and manage the onboarding process for new employees
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting on key recruitment metrics and KPIs
• Support employee relations activities, including managing employee enquiries and providing HR guidance
• Assist with employee development and training initiatives as required
• Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Participate in HR projects and special initiatives as assigned
