Private Advertiser is seeking a senior HR leader to drive people strategies, align HR initiatives with business objectives, and lead a high-performing HR team in Cebu City. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organisational development to foster a positive culture and sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business with 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership.
Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies and policies that support the overall business objectives and foster a positive organisational culture
Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment planning, job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes to attract and retain top-quality talent
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives to maintain a harmonious workplace
Lead the design and delivery of training and development programmes that enhance employee skills, competencies, and career progression opportunities
Ensure compliance with all labour laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining accurate personnel records and implementing necessary HR compliance procedures
Manage compensation and benefits programmes, including salary administration, performance bonuses, and employee benefits packages
Drive organisational development initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and cultural change management
Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, providing clear direction, support, and professional development opportunities
Serve as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing valuable insights and recommendations on people-related matters
Monitor and report on key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as an MBA or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are highly desirable
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership or director-level role
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align HR initiatives with company objectives
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels and external stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in HR information systems and data analytics
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
