University Home Lacson is seeking an HR Generalist in Manila to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You will collaborate with department heads to meet manpower needs and support payroll, benefits, and policy implementation.
The role requires 1–2 years HR experience, knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and strong communication skills. This position offers a stable, full-time environment in a fast-paced setting.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and onboarding documents.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant records.
Address employee concerns and facilitate resolution of workplace issues.
Assist in implementing employee engagement and retention programs.
Ensure proper communication and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Support disciplinary processes and documentation.
Assist in payroll preparation and timekeeping monitoring.
Administer employee benefits, government-mandated contributions, and leave management.
Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
Monitor employee performance evaluation schedules.
Assist managers in conducting performance reviews.
Maintain performance appraisal records and reports.
Coordinate employee training programs and seminars.
Monitor training attendance and maintain training records.
Assist in identifying training needs and development opportunities.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and employee movement reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support company activities and employee engagement programs.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems.
Experience handling government compliance and statutory benefits.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
