Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced HR Operations Team Lead to drive end-to-end HR shared services and employee lifecycle processing. You will lead a team handling onboarding, data management, benefits, and HR helpdesk, ensuring data integrity and SLA adherence.

Partner with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders to deliver service excellence, governance, and continuous improvement while maintaining a strong employee experience across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations/Shared Services.
• 2–3 years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end HR processes across the lifecycle.
• Experience supporting US geography HR operations preferred.
• Experience with transitions (Due Diligence, Knowledge Transfer, Go-Live).
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft).
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Operations professionals.
• Manage daily operations, workload, and resource planning to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning.
• Serve as escalation point for complex employee or process issues.
• Oversee onboarding, data management, benefits, and lifecycle transactions.
• Ensure accurate processing of HR transactions in HRIS/HCM systems.
• Provide governance, reports, and insights to leadership.
• Support transition and transformation initiatives within HR Operations.
