JustMarkets is seeking a senior Human Resources Operations Leader to design and scale global Employee Lifecycle processes and benefits programs across regions. You will drive automation, governance, and data‑driven insights while leading a cross‑functional team of HR operations specialists.

The role requires extensive experience in international HR operations, HRIS, and benefits management, with a focus on efficiency and compliance. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and scaling Employee Lifecycle processes across multiple countries or hubs.
• Strong knowledge of global benefits management, governance, vendor management, and cost optimization.
• Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
• Proven leadership experience in building and guiding HR Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and scale global Employee Lifecycle processes across regions.
• Build and maintain a global Benefits framework with governance and vendor management.
• Audit HR processes to identify gaps and risks, implementing scalable solutions.
• Partner with HRIS and Automation teams to translate needs into technical requirements and automate workflows.
• Establish quality control, checkpoints, and access controls to minimize risks.
• Develop HR operational metrics and dashboards to track service quality and cost efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate a team of HR Operations specialists across Lifecycle, Benefits, HRIS, and Automation.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to optimize investment.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders to implement HR initiatives globally.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decisions.
