Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an HR Services Supervisor - HR Operations to lead a team delivering employee lifecycle and HR transactional services across Preboarding, probation, letters, benefits, offboarding, and related activities. You will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant service while driving process standardization and automation, partnering with HR stakeholders and COEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable educational institution.
• 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations, HR shared services or HR Admin role with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Experience leading lifecycle transactions (Preboarding, Probationary Admin, Employee Letters, Benefits, Offboarding, invoices) and HR operational processes.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, performance management, workload planning, and cross-training.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics (SLA/OTD, quality, productivity, backlog, customer satisfaction).
• Experience with HR systems or ticket tools (ServiceNow, Oracle).
• Ability to handle confidential, sensitive, urgent HR matters and maintain data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the HR Operations team handling Preboarding, Probation, Letters, Benefits, Offboarding, and related transactions.
• Manage daily workload, priorities, case distribution, and team capacity to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Ensure SLA/OTD, quality, productivity, backlog, FCR, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective actions for performance gaps.
• Serve as escalation point for confidential transactions and urgent HR requests.
• Maintain SOPs, processes, and knowledge materials; drive standardization and automation.
